Held every year at the end July, Menai Straits fortnight offers great racing for classes from Dinghies to Old Gaffers. The racing , organised by regional Sailing Clubs, takes place throughout the Straits between Beaumaris and Caernarfon. The middle Saturday's event is usually at Port Dinorwic.

Y-Felinheli - Annual Fair Week

Held every July the Village Fair Week offers great fun and entertainment for all the family. There are concerts and shows and the week culminates in the 'Fair' held on the green. The visiting entertainment usually includes specialities such as 'log chopping competitions' and tree sculpturing….with chainsaws. It's a great day for the Villagers and Visitors alike.
