Port Dinorwic is situated on the stretch of water between the Isle of Anglesey and the Welsh mainland known as the Menai Straits. It is just five miles from the Cities of Bangor and Caernarfon in North Wales.

The name 'Port Dinorwic' no longer appears on Maps, it is now known by its Welsh name Y-Felinheli. The dock itself is also known as 'Menai Marina' or the' Vaynol Dock'

By Road

Directions by road coming from the Conway direction on the A55 North Wales Expressway take the junction for Caernarfon. At the end of the slip-road take the left turn off the mini-roundabout. Continue toward Caernarfon and at the next roundabout take the second exit marked for Y-Felinheli and Marina. After approximately one mile you will see the pub.

Ty Fford Hanner ( Halfway House) the Marina entrance is opposite.
